I have found anecdotally that for groin issues such as super tight pectineus muscle dysfunction release by applying pressure through the hip Wikipedia reference-linkrotator cuff (gemellus superior and inferior and obturator internus and externus, piriformis and quadratus femoris ) and then treating adductors at the same time gets great results. i have found adductor magnus and obturator's have a strong influence on each other while pectineus and piriformis also have a strong relationship not quite sure about the others as yet will update as i go

is anyone else out there discovering any relationship between various muscle groups
