I have found anecdotally that for groin issues such as super tight pectineus muscle dysfunction release by applying pressure through the hip rotator cuff (gemellus superior and inferior and obturator internus and externus, piriformis and quadratus femoris ) and then treating adductors at the same time gets great results. i have found adductor magnus and obturator's have a strong influence on each other while pectineus and piriformis also have a strong relationship not quite sure about the others as yet will update as i go
is anyone else out there discovering any relationship between various muscle groups
