please help guys.
dr's confirmed i have runners knee.
tried wet foot test and my feet dont overpronate. i have always done squats and lunges so feel i have strong glutes, quads and hamstrings from deadlifts.
I do hav a tight left IT band but have stretched and is getting better, yet my left knee still laterally pulls out and causes swelling.
have taken time off exercising and am just standing weight bearing.
i have slightly bowed legs. 2inch gap between knees when ankles touch.
any help on the cause of this or anything i should be identifying would be greatly appriceated.
