    Any research articles/ evidence on the topic physio and pilates.....???

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
    Not published but I am aware a lot is being done. Pity it is being done by physiotherapists who, as we shoudl appreciate. are not qualified Pilates teachers. The course duration for the Pilates Foundation Uk is 2 years. I am aware of only to Physiotherapists who have completed this course
