    neural tension lower back

    Taping
    i have sumfingbin my lower back that is causing my upper back , neck shoulders, scalp to be tight, i did a neural tension stretch and it went away for a week, any ideas people ???? coz it came back and its been 6 years :-(

    Hey bobs right, we have no idea what is going on from that description. The kind of details we need are: what you've tried, where and when does the pain come on, what treatment have you sought, what has and hasn't helped, the list goes on.
    One thing I can say from your brief description is that it's widespread and chronic likely with a neural component. It's very likely because of this that you need a thorough assessment of your spine by a physio with a musculoskeletal specialty. What you have described is likely more complex than this forum can cater to.
