I am wanting to start an exercise program (resisted/weight) for elderly clients. I am unsure of valid assessment measures to use and re-test with to show objective gains from the program. Does anyone have any suggestions?

We use a strengthening program for quads and ankle dorsiflexors for our fallers and general reduced mobility patients. We test using a 1RM then exercise at 50%. we re test again using 1RM. Other objective measures for lower limb strength might include a TUAG or a sit to stand test
