Hi all,
Came across this in the past few days from a friend of my wife. To cut a story short he had a history of bursitis in the elbow. See the bursitis looking picture. He recently woke up with it again and went to the hospital where they fobbed him off. He then was asking on twitter about it. Isn't that great, the great text chat NHS in the sky.
Anyway my wife ran into him last night and saw the state of it and said when she touched it that it was really hot. I commented it was probably an infection and not a bursitis. He has now gone back to the hospital with the new look elbow (see first image which is actually the later) and they agree it is an infection.
Watch this space and I will try to provide more information as the days go along.
