HI a couple of weeks back I tore my rotator cuff! I had been on holiday July /Aug and was mostly training bodyweight, prior to that I was training a body part once every ten days, so pressing once every five days ( Shoulders / chest ) September / October I changed my frequencey to training each body part three times a week. After a month of this I could feel something was a little different in my shoulder, I contacted my physio and was advised to take a week off, I came back after a week off and was using 70% of my max weight and I injured myself. The pain seemed to be where my middle delt met my front delt and there was some slight bruising. I had pretty much full range of motion after a few days and within a week was back in the gym doing light work for my back, its now two weeks on and I can do light weights for my back and squat without pain, I have done a little light pressing and I dont have any pain while doin it but the next day my shoulder just feels strange Have I done any serious damage? should I be doing any back work? I'm doing lots of rotator cuff work and I dont have pain while I do it. Can anyone advise me please?
