    Online Exercise Prescription Tools

    Taping
There is a new exercise prescription website at www.prescribeexercise.com. Using this site, members can print quality exercise handouts from any computer. This website is easy to use and it offers an extensive exercise library. I am curious to find out what the physiotherapists out there think of this resource. </SPAN>

I think www.MyPhysioRehab.com is currently the best out there.

    Re: Online Exercise Prescription Tools

Physiobob.. I think the physiorehab website is good. It has great injury explanations/pictures. But I do think the quality of the exercise photos (with arrows and designs) and exercise explanations are better (and more detailed) at prescribeexercise.com. Just like anything else in life, neither of the sites are perfect tho

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
I'd suggest those over complicate things and make it less patient friendly. The video additions being added regularly on myphysiorehab are a better approach than the drawings. Of course there are many exercise programs now offering video demonstrations as well. Each to their own.
