What is your pet hate about the physio equipment industry?

It is not that no one is buying from me, far be the thought! But I was just thinking that this site is the place where professional physiotherapists talk about their job, and that perhaps I could ask the professionals what frustrates them about seeking supplies, so that I could perhaps adopt a solution for the market. My job is to make the market more user friendly!!! I just work for a newly-established physio store in Australia, and I am seeking to find a way that we adopt a solution for the problems you have with ordering supplies. I hope I have made myself clear!!

yes, it's much clearer now.
Doesn't look like there's many Physios who have got a pet hate.

Mine is only that I hate not having enough money available to give everyone what I like them to have. But, I don't think that this is something you can accommodate.
