What is your pet hate about the physio equipment industry?
Like, what do you hate the most about physio suppliers?
Tell me what area you think physio suppliers, fail in. What do they do wrong? What is your biggest frustration about the physio equipment industry.

Sorry, but I am not quite sure what you mean.

If I need something, I look into a catalogue, get approval for funding and order it.
There is not much equipment that I need for my patients and what I need is readily available.

The only issue would be the cost, i.e. patients not being able to pay for equipment that no insurer funds and that you cannot buy in a $2 shop.

What is your problem?
Is noone ordering from your supply?
Who are you working for?

It is not that no one is buying from me, far be the thought! But I was just thinking that this site is the place where professional physiotherapists talk about their job, and that perhaps I could ask the professionals what frustrates them about seeking supplies, so that I could perhaps adopt a solution for the market. My job is to make the market more user friendly!!! I just work for a newly-established physio store in Australia, and I am seeking to find a way that we adopt a solution for the problems you have with ordering supplies. I hope I have made myself clear!!

yes, it's much clearer now.
Doesn't look like there's many Physios who have got a pet hate.

Mine is only that I hate not having enough money available to give everyone what I like them to have. But, I don't think that this is something you can accommodate.
