i would like to advice you to do your posture correction. sit properly,lift properly and stand properly. by doing this i hope your pain doesn't get more worst. and do only those exercises at home which has been given to you by your physiotherapists after your assessment. don't try to do exercises without a permission of your physiotherapist. it may hurt you and your pain can get increase.
