    pfs

    Taping
    i think i have pfs (runner's knee?)..my right knee has been botherin me since yesterday..it keeps craking everytime i bend it/stretch it..im thinking of goin to the gym today (coz i missed yesterday)..i was just wondering if it'll worsen it if i go today..(workout 4 today: abs/30 minutes on the bike)..

    please advice...should i jus rest n ice it? or is biking ok

You physio should be able to look at the mechanics in your body to see why you might be getting your symptoms, and therefore offer advice as to the best way to resolve them. Riding a bike or not is definitely not the answer in this type of situation.

    Hello PFJS,
    Would be good if you could describe some of your signs and symptoms or better yet go see a good sports physio who'll do an assessment and hopefully find the cause of your problem...
