Falls Prevention in Residential Care CPG.

Hi Everyone,

We are looking at Evidence Based, Falls Prevention Management from CPG's that have been implemented in Residential Care/Nursing Homes/Long Term Care to get an idea of how what we should be putting into our CPG.

We Would really appreciate any CPG's you would like to share, or what worked and what did not work, barriers for implementation, etc. Thanks, Kathy
