    Cervical and thoracic tumour

    Taping
    Please help me with answer,whether to ambulate a patient with cervical and thoracic tumour, metastatis

    Your question is rather vague. We would need a lot more patient history and knowledge of their function and stability of the cervical segments etc before making comment. In theory though the presence of metastatic tumors does not prohibit ambulation.
