I'm trying to determine what would be a good choice. I've been offered a physiotherapy pre-registration at MMU in the U.K. & occupational therapy in Australia. Any tips/advise on what can make my decision easier?

Spend some time in both to see what interests you. Are you looking at working in Australia afterwards? After going through the Australian overseas exam process myself would recommend doing degree there in first place.
