Hi everbody,

I went for a physio session to get treatment for a quad injury that I had on my left leg. My physio wanted to compare my injured left quad to my good right quad, so she wanted to see how far I could stretch my right quad.

She did this by lying me down on my stomach on a table and bending my good right leg all the way, and holding it in a 'max' position while she bent my originally injured left leg to see how much it could match the good leg. Unfortunately she bent my right leg too much and held it there for too long, which gave me a sprain in my right quads, in the good leg. It was hurting while she was doing it and I foolishly did not say anything, thinking that it would be OK.

This happened 12 days ago and the sprain in my 'good leg' is still there Will it go away?

Thanks
