Mall of the Emirates Health & Fitness Week

Hi everyone,

Apologies in advance for using this forum but it's so hard tryoing to locate the right outfits via the internet.

I am a representative of LWS Group of Companies, a company based here in Dubai. One of the many things we deal with is events management. We are fortunate to have been given the exclusive opportunity of organising Health & Fitness Week to be held in the Mall of the Emirates during the second or third week of June, 2007. The exact dates will be confirmed at a later time.

The underlying theme is obviously health and fitness in general. The activities we plan to hold will include healthy food demonstrations, sessions involving internationally renowned chefs, health and fitness exercise demonstrations and lots more. We are also in the process of inviting guest speakers who will deliver lectures on several topics pertaining to health and fitness and peoples’ well-being in general.

As well, as part of the health and fitness week, we wish to introduce the public to mind and body type experiences which is where your business comes in. We are extending invitations to physiotherapists, osteopaths and sports masseurs. It is our hope that you will give serious consideration to joining us during this time to offer your services to the public who will visit the mall during the week. It is no secret how vast the foot traffic is through the Mall of the Emirates and therefore the wonderful exposure this event will provide for you and/or your business/company, not to mention the positive influence we can have on health and fitness of people in general here in Dubai.

We have drafted a tentative program which would mean a commitment from you for two out of the seven days, two hours for one day and 3 hours for the other. We will also assist you and/or your business/company with any set up requirements and marketing.
