Falls during physical therapy

I asked my doctor at Texan Urgent Care about it and he said it's called fall recovery.

Thanks Kelcie, I've been recording as fall recovery. I'm a new PTA and was told to fill out incident report as fall then another therapist advised not considered a fall due to resident being in therapy.
