Hi. I have currently been given the job of assessing the new stroke and neuro patients when they arrive on the Medical Assessment Unit and continuing with their therapy until they go to a stroke unit. I have searched for courses to enhance my skills but have found nothing. If anyone knows of any courses ideally in the South West of England, but would travel anywhere if it was worth it, please could you let me know. Thankyou, Michael.
