Hi,

If you looking for a government college....then the best one would be
All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AIIPMR), Mumbai.
Its a central govt institute and runs both MPT and PG Dip programs.
Admission is on the basis of entrance test conducted in mumbai....just to let you know that it's tough exam as far as I have heard.
