I think you perhaps are talking about a standing balance class for people with unstable ankles / unsteady gait etc. Would that be the aim of the class or is it for something only specific to ankles. If so it might be better to discuss this more in relation to balance classes and what people have used in their classes.

I know for example that quite a few people use Thai Chi exercises and Yoga standing postures for this. Some use rolfing ideas. Some use variations on single leg standing, standing on mats, cushions etc. Let us have a bit more information on what it is you are trying to achieve with the class.
