I'm trying to gather information on commission based pay for private practice physiotherapy workers:

new consult time: 45min-1hr
new consult fee:$110-
standard consult time: 30min

average pt number p/day: 12-16
Opening hours of clinic: 8-6

any other rumeneration you receive: (eg PD allowance) nil
