Hello everyone,
I am passing through a tough time of my life. I’m 50 years old and I have done a disc replacement in 2013 and for last one year I’m suffering from severe back and neck pain. The pain disappears for for a week, and then again comes back. I haven’t done much in the way of treatment so far, and once I went to a physicist and they prescribed me Diclofenac, But it didn't help me. Yesterday I stumbled upon a blog ( http://aesm.ca/benefits-of-massage-t...sports-injury/ ) saying that massage therapy can help in curing such kind of pain and injuries. Is that so? I didn’t try this, but if it is yes, I like to do.

Sad to say that diclofenac doesn't work for many. If you want to get healed, you will have to try out ointments with methylamine/ methyl acetates salts. You can always take a saltwater bath at home or go to beaches once in a while. A physiotherapy will help you go a long way. But please make sure you find a Registered massage therapist (RMT ) in your place. I used to get regular physiotherapy sessions from an RMT at Physiomed when I was staying with my family at Toronto. Though , I have moved to mississauga now , I still make it a point to visit my masseuse.
It's really true massage therapy can easy your pains and injuries because it makes your blood run smoothly.
