Hi Chris, I didnt pass the test. You would really need to be proficient in Respiratory and MSK and Neuro. You have to describe a case study and they ask the questions - why would you use this method, how would you check if it is effeicient, etc, why would you measure this and that instead of upper trapezius etc....what is a certain clinical test is negative etc. Not easy. I did adaptation with Monroe Medical NI but if you feel that you know the way assessments are done in the UK - try it and go for it. It wouldbe good to study some UK case studies before the test. Good luck

test - you need to describe a case study reg. respiratory, msk and neuro and while you describe it, they ask questions. You start. I have a patient with...... and I used the followng assessment tools to assess....they might ask why do you perform Posterior Drawer Test? What do you check? etc
After you can say - the second visit - I will used the following outcome measure tools to check this and that......They might ask why do you use Borg Scale for brethlesness etc? You need to read a lot to pass it. I went to UK physio paid 30 pounds and hour to get prepared and didnt pass.... after years of looking for adaptation place, I find monroe medical - they offered flexible options. I realised that I really dont know much. All that - ACBT, SPUTUM, x rays, etc - they will ask about it. and anyway if you want to work after - you will need to know all of that, especially for hospitals they will ask MSK tests, outcome measures.
