Hi guys,

Was wondering for a while if there is such a practice in the UK:
1. You work with a patient /let's say post stroke/, for the time he/she stays at the hospital or clinic
2. Afterwards /if the patient wants/ you arrange to make home visits and continue with rehabilitation
3. The therapist gets paid on hand for each session

And if there is such a practice, could you please share /if you want to/ average pay rates and duration of each session?
