    Hi

    The only thing I've found isn't software but a website: http://www.physiotherapyexercises.co...iseSearch.aspx

    It was designed for exercises for SCI but some of the exercises are similar

    Exercise Expert/Pro from Bioexsystems.com
    VHI
    Proconditioning.com

    My employer has VHI, but is has no search functions so you need to know exactly where to find the exercise.
    I bought Exercise Pro for my laptop and am really happy with it.
    ProConditioning looks pretty good too.

    I believe you can download trial version at all the above.
