    And thanks for sharing these workouts.
    I can add some general tips for desk workers.
    - Try to take a walk around the office every hour or so just to get your body moving. With a consistent workout schedule, you should have a lot less risk getting something than someone who works out once a week but again, everyone is different. Walking or going to the gym during lunch helped me a lot just because it's in-between movement that my body needs.
    - Also, is there any way you could have a standing desk? Standing in front of your workplace might be more healthy than sitting the 12 hour shifts since you change positions more often. I know a programmer who swapped to table that was standing height and a bar stool (in case he's really tired, so he can sit for a while) to keep his posture.
