Well, I have managed to dig up a few basic routines to help me get by.
Life Hack has quite a number that come with pictorial illustrations, although what I don't like much about 'deskercises' is unless you are in a walled-in office, you might end up being 'that guy who does weird workouts at our office'. But guess you're damned if you and damned if you don't, right? If you can bring yourself to do them, they are a great way to reduce body stiffness without getting yourself all sweaty.
Simple shoulder stretches and leg lifts don't seem to be over the top, though, and these, coupled with occasional breaks and optimised workstation placement, I guess could help with the body aches.
Dr. Axe has a list of desk exercises that won't have everyone staring and giving you side glances, along with a host of other helpful advice. Who knew you could even work out the abs while sitting at your desk!
Does anyone have any office-friendly workouts that get you results without leaving you sweaty?
