Research dissertation MSc

Hi all. I am a MSc physiotherapy (pre-reg) student with a previous degree in sports rehab. I have my dissertation proposal due in couple months and I am hoping to find a topic which is both interesting to me but which may also have a wide clinical relevance. Due to the accelerated nature of the course we are confined to qualitative (interviews) or quantitative (systemic reviews) study designs. If anyone has any ideas on emerging topics of physiotherapy or websites which refer to such I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
