Exclamation Help please on a tough question

    Taping
    Hey guys~

I am a new graduate physiotherapist working in the public health system.
Could I please ask for your opinion/advice on interviews? I am going to have my interview with a major tertiary hospital soon.
I spoke to the people working their about some possible interview questions.
One of the questions they often ask is "Give an example of when you have gone above and beyond your duty for a patient". I find this a really tough one to answer because the tasks that I consider to be beyond my duty may sound like "a basic responsibilities/expected behaviours" for the role.

could you share with me your opinions and experiences on this type of questions?

    Much appreciated!!
