Good range of pathologies, self diagnosis and clinical testing
Hi guys,
I was really pleased to see a great link provided by the membership today in the sports physio section. It is so useful I thought I should post a copy of it here in the general section. This site is dedicated to disseminating excellence in the field of shoulder and elbow surgery and treatment.
The site is: Welcome to theupperlimb.com
The authors preface reads:
Rehabilitation is fundamental to the success of every upper limb operation. We have developed a programme of rehabilitation that seems to work in our patients and is easy to apply. This guide shares these experiences with therapists and surgeons. We admit that we may not have got everything right and that there are alternatives to the methods we use. The guidelines in this GOST are neither proscriptive nor obligatory. We expect that some surgeons and therapists will modify our regime to suit their own needs. Further, it must always be remembered that the guidance written here is for the general case and that there will be times when the instructions may be completely inappropriate.
