    Geriatric rehabilitation

    Taping
Hi, I'm still a student and I have to do a small project (3-5 pages) about the geriatric rehabilitation.Actually I have to write a questionnaire to estimate the physical condition of older people. Then I have to suggest some group exercises for older people.Older people have many health problems so we have to be careful.A man who has high blood pressure can not do more than 5-7 repeats.People with osteoarthritis too...Their mobility, flexibility are reduced and generally the condition of the respiratory, cardiovascular, mascular and nervous systems is not good.
The target of these group exercises is to improve their physical condition, isn't it?
We just tell them to flex, extend etc the shoulder, hip etc or what?
    Any advice?
