Here you are what United Nations says regarding it ,
...any distinction, exclusion, restriction or preference based on race, color, descent, or national or ethnic origin which has the purpose or effect of nullifying or impairing the recognition, enjoyment or exercise, on an equal footing, of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural or any other field of public life.(Part 1 of Article 1 of the U.N. International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination)[20]

If I were you I would say that " Yes , we are discriminating ,and I hope one day all is eliminated " but so sorry you give us evidence through your replies of more discrimination and supporting for race discrimination ,furthermore you refer to humans using the word "these" ,it might be just writing mistake !! and saying they quit ..........One day they will be forced to quit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
