Finding a physio in Melbourne, Australia

    Taping
    Hello

Im looking for a physiotherapist in the Melbourne, Victoria(Australia) that can assist with analysis and correction of my posture.

I have forward shoulder/head posture which is causing shoulder/neck/jaw pain among other things.

I have been to see a physiotherapist, but his course of action was very general, not directed at postural correction.

Is anybody able to suggest a physio that would be able to assist in posture correction in the Melbourne area.

Or, how i can go about finding someone that specialises in this and has the relevant experience in this treatment.

    Help is appreciated.

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
My suggestion would be a physiotherapist who specialises in Clinical Pilates. This way you will be seeing someone with an understanding of how the body moves and rests - and therefore how to fix it!

Have a look on the APA website via this link Australian Physiotherapy Association - Find an APA Physio
to find a physio who does Clinical Pilates in your area.

    Hope this helps
