    Case study format

    Taping
    Hi

Does anyone have a good format/layout for case studies, eg headings, what info goes where, etc. I need to do some case studies on past patients and do not have a format.

    Thanks

    Re: Case study format

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
Just to start, this is not a set format for Case Studies, but it should give you a good start. Hope its helpful.

    -Diagnosis
    -PMHx
-Progression of disease which led them to seeing you
-Your objective and subjective examination, including (if relevant) social and professional history, and what the patient wants from physio (i.e. their aims).
-Run down of disease/dysfunction, and typical physio treatments for it
-Step-by-step of what treatment you did, often sighting journals/text books for why you did what you did, and the outcomes of the treatments. Mention any advice you received during the time you were treating.
-At the end, you can also talk about the things you could have done better/ done at a different time now that you have that experience.
    Good luck!
