    Insurance Provider

    Taping
    Hi all

I am starting a private practise and need to register with Insurance companies to become a provider. Any tips on this? Can you recommend any specific companies??

Your advice would be much appreciated!

    Regards
    Annelize

    Re: Insurance Provider

The main one's you must get provider status with by contacting them are BUPA and PPP. PPP were not taking on any new providers last time I heard and BUPA require more than 5 yrs post grad.

The others are more likely to contact you so as long as your HPC registration is current that should not be a problem

    Re: Insurance Provider

    Hi,
I am looking into the same issue at the moment. I know your post was knocking on 2 years ago, so was wondering whether you managed to get anywhere with it and how you are going now!?!?
Do you have any advice or points of contact you are willing to share having been through the process?!
    Thanks very much
