NZ competancies

Hi! I have been a qualified physiotherapist since 2012 and since then have been working at various sports clubs and in private practice. I am very interested in applying for NZ registration, however am struggling to be able to demonstrate the respiratory and neurology competencies (at least 1 yr post grad experience , however there is no set timescale for each competency). I have considered applying for junior rotations in the NHS, however the rotations are not always guaranteed and I did not particular enjoy the rotations as a student. However, if this is the only method of ensuring I acquire my competencies then I will start applying. Moreover, I would be grateful if anyone has any suggestions on my next course of actions.
