What do we do next!

We are in the middle trying to make sense of it all.
She is a uk citizen, who did her degree at Cardiff and is currently working in the NHS in Wrexham.
He is a dual citizen Australian /Uk.
They both want to live and work in Australia where he has property and family.
She needs to get registered by the Australian physio board.
We are aware that she can register in NZ and thanks to the reciprocal agreement can then be registered in Australia.
We are also aware that she can apply for a working visa and hope to get a job and a temporary visa.
In the mean time we will have been together long enough to apply for a spousal visa.

But we need help and advise!
