Physiotherapists with any Disabilities
Hi
I am a physiotherapist who has had a good career for around 23 years. Unfortunately, at the most productive age I suffered physical , sensory disabilities and chronic fatigue. My life has almost come to a grinding halt following my disabilities. Although somehow, I’m kept in my employers books( Thanks to Equality and Diversity laws). My mind still wants to work but my body resists . It is very hard to even think how I am going to build my life let alone be a physio. Are there any physiotherapy colleagues out here in similar position struggling to return to work or successfully returned to work after having a severe disability? I am keen on hearing your stories and facilitate collaborative and inclusive conversations through this forum . As I almost feel like my identity is lost , I feel the collaboration here could make a significant improvement in all these avenues and beginnings of Hope . See you all soon🙂Category: UncategorizedLast Activity: 24-01-2025 06:49 AM
