Thanked 0 Times in 0 Postshow long does it take to fully recover from the plating of a proximal humerus fracture. I had the op in july 2010 am still having problems and pain. I do my physio excersises daily, just lately though things seem to be going backwards
what am i doing wrong

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsIt usually takes about 6-8 wk with good physiotherapy rehabilitation in form of intensive active exercise from day one post operative following with passive assisted exercises after 4wk and later on with strengthing exercises

My comment is that I think you should have a seperate section for sale of practices and make it clear that this is the place to go
