how long does it take to fully recover from the plating of a proximal humerus fracture. I had the op in july 2010 am still having problems and pain. I do my physio excersises daily, just lately though things seem to be going backwards
what am i doing wrong
It usually takes about 6-8 wk with good physiotherapy rehabilitation in form of intensive active exercise from day one post operative following with passive assisted exercises after 4wk and later on with strengthing exercises

Hi Physiobob, I have written a post today ( i am new to your site) wanting to know WHERE to place an Adv for the sale of a Physio clinic in Adelaide South Australia . Can you please advise me.
My comment is that I think you should have a seperate section for sale of practices and make it clear that this is the place to go
