Hi there
I don't know anywhere on the net, but if you get the book from Maitland, spinal manipulations, you will find that he suggests certain mobilisation techniques for certain symptom patterns and gives oders in which he would try thoses techniques.
In the end of the book he gives loads of case studies that might suggest certain techniques too.
f.e. very very much simplyfied:
Treatment for cervical symptoms with Rotations, Thx symptoms with central pa pressure, or if one sided f.e. with transversal pressure towards painful side, lumbar symptoms again with rotations, and so on.

I find it quite helpful as a starting point!
