    Hi there,

I'm just wondering if anyone can give me some advice on the best Maitland mobilisations and other treatment for the above conditions.

    Many thanks

    hi
as suggested one of my mentors rotational mobilizations help in degenerative conditions like Wikipedia reference-linkspondylosis.
it can be directed via ischium in side lying
via spinous process or articular pillar in prone lying with a pillow under the abdomen.
for facetal joints more localisation can de done by fixing the adjacent spine while directing rotational mobilization of the affected segment

Re: Spondylosis and Facet Joint Disease

If you have a specific painful joint it may be more effective to use a Mulligan upglide while the patient does the painful movement - that affects the posterior Wikipedia reference-linkfacet joint directly and provides immediate relief of pain with movement if the level is chosen correctly
