    use of ultrasound in pseudogout

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
I currently have a patient suffering from pseudogout in his wrist, who has severely reduced ROM and is in considerable pain causing passive mobs to be unsuitable. I have read that ultrasound can be beneficial...does anyone have any experience of this or alternative advice?

Re: use of ultrasound in pseudogout

Trying hummming at your patient - just as effective, cheaper and quicker.

After all it is pseudogout, not even the real McCoy!

that's a true story. there is a lot of research out there that shows US to be very useless.
