    Look up "Bad Ragaz ring method" thro google as well and you'll find examples and u tube videos on all sorts of strengthening exercises in water

    These exercises in water are excellent and low strain on the body.
    I find swimming a great exercise and even martial arts in the water
    with kicks and punches.
    Additional Comment I forgot:
    Its also great for old people who have movement problems. We
    are essentially 70% water.
