    You can basically do everything you would on land in the water but patients can do so much poor due to the illimination of gravity

    Look up "Bad Ragaz ring method" thro google as well and you'll find examples and u tube videos on all sorts of strengthening exercises in water

    These exercises in water are excellent and low strain on the body.
    I find swimming a great exercise and even martial arts in the water
    with kicks and punches.
    Additional Comment I forgot:
    Its also great for old people who have movement problems. We
    are essentially 70% water.
