Hi there!
I am not S.I. joint specialist but would be keen to know what patient complaint was in this case apart from backache as he/she did not have any kind of red flags I guess!
thanks.
I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a patient with transitional type lumbo-scaral junction with partial sacralisation of the right side of L6. There is no vertebral collapse, no destructive lesion, the disc spaces are normal, there is no pars defect and the S.I. joints appear fine. I have little experience in this field (sacralisation) and am at a loss as to what to do!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
