Was hoping I could get some feedback/thoughts from the professionals and the people you treat on some kits I'm trying to pull together to help people maintain a more ergonomic and safer workspace.
I spent a lot of time at the chiro and with PTs trying to correct some of the issues I was having from being on a computer all day, and due to an improper workstation set-up.
After I started feeling better, I wanted to pull together some basic items people can use in the office (adjustable monitor stands, mouse w/wrist rests, keyboard wrist pads, footrest, document holder) regardless of body type or size to help alleviate/prevent repetitive stress injuries, forward head posture, etc.
I was hoping to get some feedback on what items/products you as physiotherapy professionals would recommend or some common complaints/requests you've heard from your patients. My plan is to include instruction on how to properly use everything, along with exercises people can do to maintain their posture and health in their work spaces.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Kevin
