    Thank you so much for posting this case study. Although I agree with your stated limitations on the assumptions that we can make from the case, it is my opinion that cases like this do exist, and need to be approached with an exercise program such as the one that you prescribed. I might add that in such cases, sometimes it is helpful to use the ART sacral ligament technique in side ly (I've even done it in standing on an NCAA sprinter so that she could stretch out her stride again), or other soft tissue releases on the sacral ligament. These methods sometimes speed up the process.
