    Meaning of TFL

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
    Hi there,
    even with the risk of seeming very ignorant, may someone explain to me what TFL means?

    It is a muscle, Tensor Fascia Lata, along with the Gluteus
    Maximus it joins on to the ITB (iliotibial band).

    lesser known perhaps but fabulosly important TFL's include, the london transport organisation ,"Transport For London", also not to forget, The boys and girls of the plucky and indominable , Tasmanian Football League. Let's not forget the somewhat tacky, but timely " Tabloid Fantasy League", the publication that keeps you up you date witout going over the top. ( it's a must have if you just have to know what whitney is wearing now ).
    Most of us at least, will be familiar with the tree hugging kilt wearing haggis breath folks in the scottish highlands busy saving trees and restoring forest habitats, the volunteers of "trees For Life ", on ya lads.
