    Hi, thanks for your relpy.

    Unfortunatley it is up to us to find a questionnaire to use since this is for my thesis. I will try to get in contact with the University of Western Sydney, although this might pose some problems since I live in Europe.

    Another possibility would be to contact the centre for evidence based practice at the University of Sydney. They might have some ideas - that sort of thing excites them (validated tools that is!)

    Also, try the chiros. In Australia, Maquarie University in Sydney is a good school...
