Hi!!!
I am going to do a study comparing the effectiveness of using rehabilitative exercise bands (therabands) or free weights in order to increase strength.
I am not sure what exercise programme to prescribe and this should be validated. As an outcome measure I'll be using the biofeedback machine prior and after the exercise programme for comparison of gains in strength.
I appreciate any suggestions regarding this topic and the validated exercise programme.
